Edible Protein Cookie Dough (THM S)
Cookie dough is my weakness.
I can't be the only one who took pleasure in making cookies and eating more of the dough than I did baked cookies. Don't pretend like you don't love it too! Everyone does.
This cookie dough is a little different for a few reasons. It's gluten, grain, egg, AND sugar free. Because I decided to make this a little healthy(ish), I incorporated protein and collagen.
It's still very rich - I'm only able to eat a few spoonfuls at a time, but at least you can eat it on a spoon with NO REGRETS.
Edible Protein Cookie Dough (THM S)
Main Ingredients
6 tbsp softened unsalted butter
1 1/2 scoops whey protein isolate
3 scoops collagen peptides
1/4 c almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Pyure or similar
1/4 tsp blackstrap molasses
1 - 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (plain or vanilla)
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Recipe Steps
Combine all ingredients except for the milk and chocolate chips in a small bowl.
Add the almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the consistency is creamy and soft.
Stir in the chocolate chips and refrigerate or enjoy!
